As a result, the site is highly suitable to ripening the full bodied red varietals, and Cabernet Sauvignon is the grape of choice. This boutique winemaking operation doesn't formulate blends or experiment, preferring instead to craft the best wine they can from their exclusive single vineyard fruit, and to cellar it away for development before release. Production is never enough as Arthurs Creek is always either scarce or unavailable
