Slow ripening and wonderful flavour development, extensive leaf plucking and crop thinning has yielded a Pinot Gris with great complexity and a lovely texture that comes from concentrated fruit, subtle oak, malo influence and lee stirring. an intense wine with texture and complexity, a little barrel fermentation, hints of apples, toffee and nuts, a firm, slightly hot finish. The affect of lees stirring is particularly evident on the long creamy finish.
