Four Sisters Pinot Chardonnay NV The Four Sisters are a joint venture between Trevor Mast of Mount Langi Ghiran, and Alistair Purbrick of Chateau Tahbilk. Alistair has access to some superb fruit to which Trevor applies the sort of winemaking skills that have established all three holdings as hugely successful labels. The palate is strongly fruit driven, developing into light strawberry and cherry fruits, green apple, and some complex secondary characters. The drier side of things begin to develop around the middle, offsetting the fruity qualities of this pleasant sparkling wine.
